Context

We met Maureen, founder of Pep's, at an event organized by the CCI. The feeling passed instantly. When we discovered his project to connect individuals to rent or share parking spaces, we immediately saw the potential.

At the time, Pep's was using a Wix website which was suffering from numerous technical and UX blockages:

  • Very limited web performance (slow loading, poor SEO structure)
  • Aging design, unengaging and lacking in reinsurance
  • Non-responsive site, therefore difficult to use on mobile
  • User journey not optimized for conversion
