Context

Vilber needed a website that truly reflected its scientific expertise and institutional positioning.

The goal was not merely to refresh the visual identity, but to create a robust digital foundation that was clear, credible, and scalabl

The website had to meet the expectations of highly demanding audiences—researchers, laboratories, and industrial partners—while also enabling sustainable autonomy for internal teams.

Goals

The existing website, built on WordPress, no longer met the standards of the biotech industry nor Vilber’s growth ambitions.
The brand image was misaligned with the company’s level of scientific expertise, content readability lacked clarity, and the platform significantly limited internal autonomy.

Vilber needed a website capable of reassuring demanding audiences—researchers, laboratories, institutions, and industrial partners—while providing a solid, scalable technical foundation to support future growth.

Solutions

We supported Vilber with a holistic approach combining strategy, design, and performance.

The project began with a UX/UI and strategic audit, allowing us to analyze the existing platform, user journeys, and content structure. This phase laid the groundwork for redesigning the site architecture and prioritizing key information.

A new artistic direction was then developed, featuring an institutional, sober, and scientific visual universe. The objective was to strengthen brand credibility while ensuring smooth and accessible reading for international audiences.

In parallel, an in-depth copywriting and content structuring effort was carried out to clarify messaging, highlight Vilber’s expertise, and make complex information more understandable.

From a technical standpoint, we fully migrated the website from WordPress to Webflow, enabling us to:

  • improve site performance and stability,
  • simplify maintenance,
  • and ensure long-term scalability.

A flexible, custom-built CMS was implemented, allowing Vilber’s teams to easily manage content, create new pages, and evolve the website autonomously.

Finally, technical and structural SEO optimizations were integrated from the design phase onward, along with Webflow training to ensure sustainable adoption by internal teams.

Results

Vilber’s new website now fully reflects the company’s scientific and institutional positioning.

The brand image has been significantly strengthened, with a clear, credible website aligned with international standards in the biotech sector. The improved content structure enhances understanding of Vilber’s expertise and solutions while facilitating navigation for demanding audiences.

From an operational perspective, the Webflow platform now provides:

  • improved performance and stability,
  • a scalable technical foundation,
  • and full autonomy for internal teams.

The website now serves as a true digital backbone, ready to support Vilber’s growth, international expansion, and future visibility challenges.
